Comparing the Tee Sheet vendors of 2026 / 2027
GolfNow sells the round on its own marketplace. ForeUp and Lightspeed require their card processing. TeeSnap is a classic sheet on an iPad with a card reader. OpenSheet was built from scratch to modernize tee sheet operations, the newest stack in this set, and the only pay as you go bill, on rounds booked. Jonas and Northstar are private-club systems with a sheet inside them. A ForeUp-specific note is here.
GolfNow
GolfNow is public booking. Golfers find the course on GolfNow and book there. The golfer record sits with the marketplace.
ForeUp
ForeUp is a cloud tee sheet, point of sale, and membership suite, in a browser. Cards run on ForeUp’s processing.
Lightspeed Golf
Lightspeed Golf is point of sale and payments, with a tee sheet on the same system. Inventory, the register, and often the grill. Card processing comes with the software.
Jonas
Jonas is club management and accounting. The tee sheet posts to member billing and the ledger.
OpenSheet
OpenSheet was built from scratch to modernize tee sheet operations. Newest technology stack in this set. Pay as you go, on rounds actually booked. Booking stays on the course’s site, with membership and club marketing. A point of sale can connect.
TeeSnap
TeeSnap is a classic tee sheet on an iPad, with an integrated credit card reader. The round and the card happen on the same device.
Northstar
Northstar is club management and point of sale. Tee times, the shop, dining, and the back office share one member record.
Golf Genius and LiveScramble run the outing. They sit on the Club Software list beside the sheet, and they sell a different day.
